Commerce disclosure

This is the disclosure Japanese sellers must publish under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引法) for the paid plans sold on spendctl.dev: Pro, Team and the founding-member prices. The Japanese version is the authoritative one; this is a courtesy translation.

| Returns and cancellation | A digital service cannot be returned once delivered. You can cancel at any time in Stripe’s billing portal (log in with the e-mail you paid with); only if you cannot log in, write to billing@spendctl.dev. The subscription ends at the end of the current billing period and nothing further is charged. |
